How can I make phone calls the cheapest way internationally?

I am leaving in a week to London from New York and taking a 12 night cruise from London to Denmark, Berlin, Tallin, St. Petersburg and back to London. I currently have 2 blackberries. One is a tmobile blackberry and the other is a boost mobile blackberry. Is there an international plan with these phones? Is there a way I can get unlimited internet with either phone and connect some VOIP through the internet or something to make calls? What are my best options?

i would call boost and tmobile to see what international roaming plans they have.. the issue though is that most cruise ships use their own equipment to get service in international waters, and some won’t have service at all.. the ones that do, are compatible with MOST carriers, but they will charge their own rates, except while in port. in port you will be charged on the carriers international plan.. most cruise ships charge $1.29 to $2.29 per minute whether received or sent. You can look at your cruise providers website or call them for specific rates.. but it won’t be cheap.
